A Townhome in Nolita

In our Nolita project, we reimagined a modern living and dining suite to feel both expansive and intimate. Anchored by three dramatic oversized windows and the soft hue of sandstone brick, the space provided a striking architectural foundation. By layering vintage rugs, a curated play of pattern, and classic Scandinavian silhouettes, we transformed this sleek residence into a warm, textural sanctuary that balances contemporary edge with timeless comfort.
